Attorney Toni Fatone, the deputy commissioner of the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services, is the newest workers' compensation commissioner for the state, the commission announced.
Fatone was appointed to the position by Democratic Gov. Dannel Malloy just before his term expired last month. She joins 15 other commissioners who hold hearings and resolve disputes in eight district offices around the state.
