Premier Lien Claimants to Get New Lawyer

Officials of Premier Medical Management Systems, which agreed in September to dismiss some $70 million in lien claims, has withdrawn its approval for the company's long-time attorney to continue representing some of the company's former clients.Letters have gone out to nearly two dozen doctors, chiropractors and other claimants informing them that Howard Neal Gould of the Century City firm of Finestone & Richter will be taking over representation from Raymond L.
