Florida's Division of Workers' Compensation is proposing another round of changes to part of the medical reimbursement dispute resolution process, in keeping with a 2017 administrative judge's ruling.
The division posted notice Friday about the changes, which are the latest iteration of rules that stemmed from a court ruling that held that the department cannot wash its hands of resolving certain reimbursement disputes. Rule changes that were proposed in late 2018 were withdrawn early this year. Now, the revised revisions have been posted.
