Industrial Commission to Discuss 2018 Goals at Meeting

Members of the Industrial Commission of Arizona will discuss their goals for 2018 during a meeting today in Lake Havasu City.
The commission is slated to debate and possibly vote on objectives and key initiatives for the current year, which could include a discussion about the commission’s budget as well as individual objectives for subordinate divisions.
Commissioners will also review proposed penalties for an allegedly uninsured employer in Tempe, two requests to renew the authority of employers to continue self-insuring, and three proposed penalties for workplace safety violations.
The commission meets at 1:30 p.m. today in the City of Lake Havasu council chambers, 2360 McCulloch Blvd. North.
