Court Says Injured Worker Could Get Schedule Loss of Use Benefits as Lump Sum

A New York appellate court ruled that the state Workers' Compensation Board could award a worker a schedule loss of use benefits as a lump sum without running afoul of the maximum disability rate provisions of Workers' Compensation Law Section 15.
