Provider To Pay Restitution For Inflated Functional Capacity Exam Bills

A Deer Park health care provider was ordered to pay $10,000 in restitution and given three years deferred adjudication for falsifying workers’ compensation claims, the Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation reported Monday. Enrique Colon performed functional capacity evaluations on injured workers.
