Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn signed legislation Monday to prohibit employees convicted of reckless homicide, aggravated drunken driving or other felonies from receiving workers' compensation benefits for injuries resulting from those crimes, the Belleville News-Democrat reported Tuesday.Senate Bill 1147 by Sen.
