Court Rejects Worker's Claims of Retaliation, Discrimination and Assault

A Louisiana appellate court ruled that a worker failed to establish his claims of retaliation, discrimination and assault against the Shell Exploration and Production Co. and his supervisors.  Case: Hanna v.
