State Rep Says He'll Consider Changes to Authorization Bill

The state representative who authored a bill that would require payers to respond to specific types of medication requests within 24 hours said that he is willing to consider payers' concerns about the bill.Rep. John Zerwas, R-Simonton, told WorkCompCentral that he has talked to workers' compensation payers about House Bill 1032 and is open to addressing their concerns.
