The New York Workers’ Compensation Board has adopted amendments that correct typographical errors and clarify language of its rule on reports that must be submitted to the board, according to a notice in Wednesday’s State Register.
The changes to Section 300.22 of Title 12 of the New York Code of Rules and Regulations states that employers that file first reports of injury electronically satisfy the statutory requirement for reporting workplace injuries.
