The Missouri House of Representatives Committee on Workforce Development and Workplace Safety approved Senate-passed legislation on Monday to prevent lawsuits by co-workers for workplace injuries and to affirm that occupational diseases are covered by workers' compensation.Senate Bill 572 by Sen.
