Four employees of an Indiana framing contractor worked from two stories up without fall protection as they constructed a Perrysburg home in May.
That oversight earned LLG Construction of Grabill a $44,000 fine and assorted federal safety citations from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the agency announced this week.
