Court Says Worker Is Entitled to Third Attempt at Establishing Claim for Lung Injuries

The third time may be the charm for a Pennsylvania plaintiff whom the Commonwealth Court on Tuesday said could re-file his worker's compensation claim for the third time. Kurian Skaria had twice filed claim petitions against his former employer, Northtec LLC, only to later withdraw them.
