The third time may be the charm for a Pennsylvania plaintiff whom the Commonwealth Court on Tuesday said could re-file his worker's compensation claim for the third time.
Kurian Skaria had twice filed claim petitions against his former employer, Northtec LLC, only to later withdraw them.
After two rounds, a workers' compensation judge had enough and ruled that Northtec would be prejudiced by a third go-round. The judge dismissed the case and disallowed any further claims by Skaria for his alleged injuries
