A divided West Virginia Supreme Court ruled that a worker was entitled to benefits for hearing loss from his industrial noise exposure. Case: Bayer CropScience v. Davis, No. 16-0865, 10/10/2017, published. Facts: Steven Davis worked as a machine operator for Bayer CropScience for more than 20 years. After switching to an office job in March 2015, Davis filed a workers’ compensation claim for hearing loss. Dr. P.C.
