Board Will Hold Hearing on 13 Rule Changes

The Workers' Compensation Board of Maine will hold a public hearing May 8 on 13 proposed rule changes, which cover a range of regulations, from claims at defunct employers to appeal procedures.
The changes would apply to Rule Chapters 1-9, 12-16, and 18, the board announced.
The hearing will be held at 10 a.m. at the board's central office, 442 Civic Center Drive in Augusta. The deadline for written comments is May 18.
