Regulatory Committee Meets Wednesday on HB 2 Requirements

An advisory committee devising ways to implement a drug formulary and other changes required by Kentucky's workers' compensation reform law will meet Wednesday. The group, along with a medical advisory committee, has met monthly since May in an effort to guide the Department of Workers' Claims on rules that must be developed before the end of the year in keeping with House Bill 2, passed by the legislature this spring.
