The Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office has announced charges against four Central Pennsylvania residents who allegedly wrote and filled opioid prescriptions using a fraudulently obtained prescription pad.
After prosecutors presented the case to a state grand jury, Arielle Rue, Girley Livingston, Tyana Kane and Samantha Negron were indicted on a felony charge of obtaining possession of a controlled substance by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, deception or subterfuge. Related charges were also filed, the Attorney General's Office announced Thursday.
