Insurance Office Opens Portal for Financial Filings

The Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance has created a web portal to allow insurers to post financial filings required by regulators. Use of the portal is optional but is “highly encouraged,” the office said in a bulletin. Information that can be filed through the site includes articles of incorporation, change in company information, actuarial opinions, annual and quarterly financial statements, audit opinions and more.
