The Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance has created a web portal to allow insurers to post financial filings required by regulators.
Use of the portal is optional but is “highly encouraged,” the office said in a bulletin. Information that can be filed through the site includes articles of incorporation, change in company information, actuarial opinions, annual and quarterly financial statements, audit opinions and more.
To use the portal, carriers should obtain a login and password. Information is available here.
