Grand Jury Indicts Couple in Alleged $1.8 Million Fraud Scheme

A federal grand jury in San Antonio has indicted a local couple in connection with an alleged health care fraud scheme estimated at $1.8 million.The 12-count indictment charges Terry L. Young and his wife, Kimberle, owners and operators of three San Antonio area durable medical equipment suppliers, with 10 counts of health care fraud, one count of conspiracy to commit health care fraud, and one count of money laundering.The suppliers involved are New Impulse, Superior Rehab Technology and Advanced Rehab Technologies, U.S. Attorney John Murphy said.  The indictment alleges that from Feb. 6...
