Compromise Budget Bill Includes Revised Deputy Commissioner Term Limits

Once the North Carolina General Assembly finally agreed on a budget bill, and unveiled the compromise legislation on Wednesday night, the outlook changed somewhat – although not completely – for current and previous deputy commissioners on the Industrial Commission.
