Rating Bureau's C&R Committee Meeting Jan. 23

The Classification and Rating Committee of California’s Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau will review potential changes to the medical-only reporting requirements during a Jan. 23 meeting in Oakland. The WCIRB is considering repealing a rule from its Uniform Statistical Reporting Plan that requires reporting of weekly wage amounts on medical-only claims that involve joint coverage, subrogation or may involve fraud.
