A Pennsylvania trial court remanded a workers' compensation judge's decision because he ignored conflicting evidence and did not adequately explain his reasons for doing so.In Rosenberg v. WCAB, No. 17 C.D. 2007, 2/5/08, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania remanded a case back to a workers' compensation judge.
