An auto-parts manufacturer in Buford, Georgia, is facing $308,906 in proposed penalties after two employee injuries, including a finger amputation, this year.
Elringklinger USA Inc. was cited on Oct. 31 for 29 serious and three other-than-serious safety violations by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The company has 15 business days to contest the citations.
