A Bakersfield chiropractor and qualified medical evaluator agreed to plead guilty to a single health care fraud charge and cooperate with federal prosecutors as they continue to investigate an alleged overbilling scheme involving clinics in the Central Valley and Los Angeles area.
Na Young Eoh entered the guilty plea with the U.S. District Court for Eastern California on May 30.
