W.Va. Women Draw Suspended Sentences in Dead Worker's Case

West Virginia Insurance Commissioner Jane L. Cline said Wednesday that two Kanawha County women who admitted stealing benefits payments sent to a dead injured worker have drawn suspended sentences and been ordered to pay restitution.Tina Marie Browning, 40, pleaded guilty Feb. 28 to uttering a forged document and Linda Foster, 60, pleaded guilty to one count of fraudulent schemes.Both women live in Eskdale, W.Va.
