A repeat safety-offending New Jersey construction firm has been cited once again for putting its workers at risk of falls and head injuries, the U.S. Occupational and Health Administration announced on Thursday.
Cajamarca Construction has been slapped with one willful, two repeat and one serious violation after OSHA inspected one of the company’s worksites in Jersey City. The inspection took place after OSHA compliance officer had driven by the site on April 18 and saw workers at heights of 28 feet applying roof shingles while without fall protection.
