Dept. of Insurance Schedules Fraud Conference

The Idaho Department of Insurance is holding a two-day fraud conference in June that will offer tips on how to make referrals that lead to successful prosecutions as well as guidance on using social media as part of an investigation into suspicious claims. The event will also feature a presentation by Kurt Cottrell, assistant vice president of Utah's Workers' Compensation Fund, titled "Fraud, Protecting the Legitimate Need."
