Basic Orientation Session on Comp Offered April 12

The Nevada Workers’ Compensation Section is hosting a training session, providing a basic orientation to workers’ compensation on April 12 in Henderson. The session covers the basic regulatory process and includes a description of the forms needed when a workplace injury or occupational disease occurs. Attendees will receive two hours of continuing legal education.  The section is holding two sessions, one at 9:30 a.m. and the other at 1:30 p.m. Both will be held at 1301 N.
