Zenith Insurance Co. is suing a Northern California business to recover more than $250,000 in benefits paid on a worker’s cancer claim that was submitted after the employer allowed its policy to lapse, according to a report by the Appeal Democrat.The lawsuit, filed earlier last month in the Yuba County Superior Court, says Zenith issued a policy to Superior Radiator in December 2004.
