An Exxex County, N.J. grand jury indicted a Newark man for allegedly tampering with a witness in connection with a pending insurance fraud case, Attorney General Anne Milgram announced in a press release Tuesday.Louis Campbell, 63, of Newark, was indicted on a charge of third-degree tampering with a witness or informant.
