Nevada's workers' compensation agency is making its annual update to the tables used to calculate lump-sum payments for permanent partial disability awards.
Last week, the agency moved to update a table that indicates how awards are to be modified based on when an injured worker files a request, and his age.
The Division of Industrial Relations filed Regulation R043-17, which proposes the update, on Aug. 22.
A public hearing will be held on the regulation at 9 a.m. Sept. 25 in Room 3137 of the legislative building in Carson City, located at 401 S. Carson St.
