Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Earns High Ratings

A.M. Best Co. affirmed the "A++" financial strength rating and the "aa+" issuer credit rating for the Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies and six of its property/casualty group members.The credit rating organization said that it the six property/casualty group members included Cypress Insurance Company, Continental Divide Insurance Company, Oak River Insurance Company, and Redwood Fire and Casualty Insruance Company, Brookwood Insurance Company, and Cornhusker Casualty Insurance Company.
