L&I Proposes Increasing Medical Reimbursements

The Washington state Department of Labor and Industries is proposing rules that would increase payments for medical services by as much as 2.35%. The department is proposing to increase the conversion factor for most services covered by its Resource-Based Relative Value Scale medical fee schedule 2.35% to $64.74 from $63.25. L&I is also proposing to increase the conversion factor for anesthesia by 0.9% to $3.47 from $3.44.
