NCRB Details Terrorism Changes for Assigned Risk

The North Carolina Rate Bureau (NCRB) has issued a circular detailing the process for including terrorism coverage on assigned-risk policies written through the state Workers' Compensation Insurance plan.The bureau said assigned-risk carriers must attach all terrorism-related endorsements, using forms WC000113A, WC000421A, WC000421B and WC0004222, to policies issued after Dec. 26, 2007, but that were effective before Jan. 1.
