Rating Bureau Proposes Reclassification for 66 Home Health Care Companies

Sixty-six employers in the home health care industry would be reclassified under a proposed filing by the Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau to its basic manual. The Rating Bureau said it erred in reclassifying the home care providers from Classification 943, home health care nonprofessional staff, to 972, attendant care services.
