Four Arkansas residents pleaded guilty to defrauding the U.S. military’s TriCare health insurance program by paying patient recruiters to find beneficiaries willing to accept compounded pain creams prescribed in the name of a physician who never saw the patients, federal prosecutors said Thursday.
Brad Duke, 43, of Little Rock; Charlotte Leija, 38, of Conway; Michael “Chance” Beeman, 48, of Maumelle; and Michael Sean Brady, 50, of Little Rock, admitted to conspiring to violate anti-kickback laws.
