The Ohio Industrial Commission has adopted amendments to three procedural rules as part of a routine review of its regulations, required by state law once every five years, according to a notice in the state Register.
The amendments were made to:
4121-3-16 to eliminate paragraph (E), which required that motions contain legal citations. The Industrial Commission determined that there was no similar requirement in its rules or polices so the requirement was unnecessary.
