A Charlotte County, Fla. man spotted loading boxes into a moving van while drawing workers' compensation disability benefits has drawn a 10-year prison term, state Attorney General Bill McCollum said this week.Ronald Harter, 52, was previously convicted by a Charlotte County jury of one count of workers' compensation fraud of more than $20,000 and one count of grand theft of more than $20,000.Harter was prosecuted by the Attorney General's Office of Statewide Prosecution.Harter was arrested based on a tip from Fireman's Fund Insurance Co., after investigators for the Atlanta-ba...
