High Court Affirms Odd-Lot Status for Farmworker With Crushed Hand

The Idaho Supreme Court affirmed a state Industrial Commission ruling that a 57-year-old seasonal farmworker whose right hand and forearm were crushed by a conveyer belt was permanently and totally disabled under the odd-lot doctrine.
