Realm National Insurance Liquidation Winding Down

The liquidation of Realm National Insurance Co. appears to be drawing to a close, according to an Oct. 5 order from the state Supreme Court in New York. Any creditors, claimants or others with an interest in Realm’s affairs has until Dec. 6 to notify the court, the order stated. The order and supporting documents are posted on the New York Liquidation Bureau website. New York City-based Realm was liquidated on June 15, 2005, and its policies terminated on July 15, 2005.
