Overpeck Heading to State Bar, Parisotto Named Acting AD

Destie Overpeck is leaving her position as administrative director of the California Division of Workers' Compensation in two weeks and going to work for the State Bar. Overpeck's last day is Feb. 12, the DWC said in a statement released Monday. George Parisotto, the division's chief counsel, will take over her responsibilities as the acting administrative director.
