UR Timetable Under SB 1160 Raising Questions

While Senate Bill 1160 awaits a signature from California Gov. Jerry Brown, questions are already arising about a provision in the bill that would allow just five days for prospective utilization review of medications prescribed to injured workers under a new formulary.
