DWC Posts Agenda for Formulary Hearing

The Division of Workers' Compensation is soliciting feedback on issues such as criteria for evaluating formulary alternatives, what types of drugs should be included in California's formulary and whether prior authorization should be required during a public hearing on Feb. 17.
