Chiropractic Clinics Owner Convicted in Billing Scam

A federal jury in Kentucky convicted the former owner of several Louisville-area chiropractic clinics on fraud, conspiracy, theft and money laundering charges related to a $5 million insurance fraud scheme. The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Kentucky said the jury deliberated for four hours last week before finding 39-year-old Ledinson Chavez, of Miami, guilty of all counts against him.
