Claims of Bias, Attorney Malfeasance Not Enough for New Settlement

In a memorandum opinion issued Wednesday, the state Supreme Court affirmed that a worker had a full and fair opportunity to litigate the issues in his workers' compensation claim, and the settlement should not be modified.  Case: Rosales v.
