The Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission, shut down for three days because of the widespread protests over the police-custody death of an unarmed man, is open for business again.
But commissioners will not be holding any in-person monthly review calls, the commission chairman announced Wednesday. All review calls will be done via WebEx, a web-based teleconference platform.
