A Lima business owner must repay the Bureau of Workers' Compensation more than $68,000 in unpaid premiums after being convicted of failing to procure workers' compensation insurance.The agency announced that it discovered that Michael Bassinger, owner of Freight Lease in Lima, Ohio, was operating his business without workers' compensation insurance.
