Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley is pushing state lawmakers to toughen the penalties for failing to maintain workers' compensation coverage.Coakley said in a press rerelease that Massachusetts Senate Majority Whip Ronald Mariano, D-Quincy, and Sen.
