The Arkansas Court of Appeals ruled that an employer was liable for the cost of a worker's shoulder surgery after the worker's job-related activities caused an aggravation of his pre-existing osteoarthritis. Case: Aramark v. Stone, No. CV-15-892, 03/30/2016, published. Facts: Jackie Stone began working for Aramark in 2003 as a sales representative.
