MLAC Posts Bill Information Ahead of Feb. 5 Meeting

The Oregon Management-Labor Advisory Committee posted to its website information for three bills that will be discussed during a Feb. 5 meeting in Salem. Senate Bill 1525, by Sen. Herman E. Baertschiger, R-Grants Pass, would specify paid leave shall not be included in payroll for the purposes of calculating workers' compensation insurance premiums.
